We repair worn and damaged valve trim components by restoring critical dimensions, sealing surfaces, alignment and wear-resistant layers. From inspection and defect evaluation to hardfacing, precision machining, grinding and final verification, the repair process is controlled around the original functional requirements of the component.

Successful valve repair is not simply polishing a worn component until it looks new. The objective is to restore the geometry, dimensional accuracy, concentricity, surface finish and wear-resistant functional layer required for reliable valve operation.
Where repair is technically or economically unsuitable, we can also manufacture replacement valve trim components based on drawings, samples or reverse-engineered dimensions.
